Your guide to 153 new LEGO sets now available for 2020, including City, Technic, Star Wars, Architecture and more [News]

2020 has arrived and the floodgates of LEGO have opened with 153 new sets available today. Fans of Star Wars, Technic, Ninjago, City, Architecture, Creator 3-in-1 and even the new Trolls product line have a lot to choose from. The new modular Bookstore is available today as is a new white baseplate. Nearly every LEGO theme has some new sets–it can be a lot to process!– so we have your complete guide right here detailing each and every new set and item.

Some regions have seen these sets on shelves already, but now they are all available online. There are a few sets that really stand out to us, and you can see the complete list of all 153 sets and items after the jump.

LEGO Exclusives Star Wars 20th Anniversary Obi Wan and Mini Gingerbread House now available with Double VIP points [News]

This weekend (Dec 6 – Dec 9) a Double VIP Points for LEGO shoppers and features two special exclusive gifts with purchases. First up is the second holiday exclusive, the LEGO Mini Gingerbread House (40337) (free with purchases from) $99 and the LEGO Star Wars 20th Anniversary Obi-Wan Kenobi (30624) polybag (free with Star Wars purchases from $40),

Both will be available until supplies run out, though double points is only this weekend and will likely be the last double VIP points of 2019.

LEGO 71044 Disney Train and Station now available for VIPs [News]

Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Chip, Dale, and Goofy are already waiting for you for a ride on the iconinc Disneyland Railroad train. 71044 Disney Train and Station is now available to LEGO VIP members for USA $329.99 | CAN $379.99 | UK £299.99. LEGO VIP membership is free, but if you don’t want LEGO perks and the occasional free set with purchase, this fancy train set will be generally available beginning September 1st.

LEGO 75936 Jurassic Park T-rex Rampage now available for VIPs with Space Rocket Ride promotional set [News]

You can now own and build the largest dinosaur ever created in a LEGO set. 75936 Jurassic Park: T. rex Rampage is now available to LEGO VIP members for US $249.99 | CAN $299.99 | UK £219.99. LEGO VIP membership is free, but if you don’t want LEGO perks and the occasional free set with purchase, this terrific Tyrannosaurus will be generally available beginning July 1st.

Also the LEGO Ideas 40335 Space Rocket Ride promotion we reviewed a few weeks ago is now available with purchases more than $99 through the end of the month, so the behemoth Jurassic Park set certainly qualifies. Too bad the dinosaur can’t fit on the space ship…

LEGO reveals new set from Netflix’s Stranger Things: 75810 The Upside Down [News]

Things are getting stranger. LEGO has revealed a brand new large and unique set 75810 The Upside Down based on Netflix’s original series Stranger Things. The set features the main Byers’ home from the series complete with 1980 Chevrolet Blazer, along with the darker reverse “Upside-Down” dimension beneath it.

The set comes with 2,287 pieces and eight minifigures including Eleven, Mike Wheeler, Lucas Sinclair, Dustin Henderson, Will Byers, Joyce Byers, Chief Jim Hopper and the Demogorgon. The set is available starting tomorrow for LEGO VIPs for US $199.99 | CAN $269.99 | UK £179.99 with general availability beginning June 1st. LEGO Star Wars Tantive IV now available with Battle of Hoth freebie, double VIP points and more [News]

LEGO is celebrating May the Fourth a day early by making Star Wars 75244 Tantive IV available for purchase for VIP members. The set comes with 1,768 pieces and six minifigures including Princess Leia and Bail Organa, and sells for US $199.99 | CAN $269.99 | UK £179.99. The set will be available generally starting tomorrow.

In addition to the Tantive IV, LEGO is offering quite a few freebies including the exclusive 195-piece 40333 Battle of Hoth with LEGO Star Wars purchases of $75 US / £75 UK, double VIP points on all LEGO Star Wars purchases and other sales that vary by store and region.

Additionally, the elusive 70842 Emmet’s Triple-Decker Couch Mech from The LEGO Movie 2 is now available for US $29.99 | CAN $3.99 | UK £24.99 as well as the new Disney Collectible Minifigure Series 2 for US $3.99 | CAN $4.99 | UK £2.99 each (read our feel guide here to help find your favorite characters).

Add that to the 21 sets launched late last month from Toy Story 4, Spider-Man, and The LEGO Movie 2 and we have ourselves the beginning of a very promising summer in terms of new LEGO sets.

LEGO Star Wars Box available next week in the UK along with a cute Chicken Skater Pod [News]

Last year around the holidays, LEGO launched an incredibly popular Star Wars surprise box promotion available only in the US and Canada. Now a similar box is being offered to LEGO fans in the UK starting on April 11 with Star Wars purchases greater than £85 (an offer that coincides with the launch of the 20th Anniversary sets). This time around, the box promises five unnamed Star Wars items and a chance to win an unspecified limited edition Star Wars minifigure.


The UK LEGO Shop is also currently offering a gift-with-purchase of a cute Chicken Skater Pod just in time for Easter, available with orders greater than £35. (The chick should be available as a gift-with-purchase later this month in the US and Canada.)

Though we do not know what will be included in the UK boxes, the Star Wars boxes in the US and Canada contained five rare minifigures including Colonel Wullf Yularen from the conference room scene on the first Death Star, DJ from The Last Jedi, a stormtrooper sergeant, Han Solo in Hoth gear, and a Scarif shore trooper squad leader from Rogue One.

LEGO Store offering double VIP points from now until the end of March [News]

The LEGO Store is offering double VIP points on all purchases through the end of the month, ending on March 31st. This is the perfect opportunity to pick up some new sets like the sleek 10265 Ford Mustang, LEGO Ideas 21316 The Flintstones, or the massive 70840 Apocalypseburg. LEGO Star Wars Darth Vader’s Castle now available with exclusive Christmas Carousel gift with purchase [News]

December has arrived and with it a handful of new LEGO sets including Darth Vader’s Castle from Star Wars and the global launch of a new wave of Spider-Man sets. 75251 Darth Vader’s Castle was previously available for pre-orders from Amazon.com, but is now generally available from LEGO for $129.99 in the US, $149.99 in Canada, and £119.99 in the UK.

Along with the new sets, LEGO is offering another exclusive holiday gift with purchase: 40293 Christmas Carousel. The set features a rotating carousel on a festive base and comes with 251 pieces. To set is available with purchases more than $99 through December 10th or while supplies last.

LEGO Creator Vestas Wind Turbine now available for Black Friday [News]

The LEGO Vault has opened and the previously exclusive 10268 Vestas Wind Turbine is now on sale for Black Friday and beyond. You can read our in depth review of the Wind Turbine set here. The set includes 826 pieces, 3 minifigs, and a dog. The set is on sale from the LEGO Shop for $199.99 USD$249.99 CAN, and £159.99 UK).

The LEGO Shop’s Black Friday sales and deals are also starting right now (UK sales are already underway) along with the seasonal exclusive 40292 Christmas Gift Box with orders more than $99 USD.

Black Friday LEGO deals and exclusives are starting a week early. The LEGO Store is offering their first exclusive holiday gift with purchase (literally a gift box!), double VIP points, and the lingering Harry Potter Diagon Ally set with orders more than $99 USD, available Nov. 17-18 only, while supplies last.

Barnes and Noble is also hosting a Harry Potter fan event and offering the elusive minifigure four-pack as a gift with purchase for all LEGO orders $75 and above only on Saturday, Nov. 17.

LEGO Harry Potter Diagon Alley gift with purchase now available [News]

LEGO Harry Potter has a new microscale set out today. 40289 Diagon Alley is now available as a gift with purchase from LEGO with orders more than $99 USD until Nov. 21 (or until supplies run out). The sizeable set (read our review here) includes 374 pieces (with a few cobblestone prints) and one minifigure of wand-maker Ollivander.

In addition, LEGO VIPs can get double points on two specific sets this month. The first is 71043 Hogwarts Castle, a perfect accompaniment to this month’s gift with purchase. Our review goes into detail about this massive magical set.
