Your guide to the 130 new LEGO sets now available for June 2020 including the Technic Lamborghini and more [News]

Summer 2020 has arrived, and LEGO has launched 130 new sets and items available today. Fans of Technic, Creator 3-in-1, City, Friends, Architecture, Hidden Side and more have a lot to choose from. The new Technic Lamborghini is also available today as well as a slew of exclusive polybags not previously available from LEGO’s online store and a Hogwarts Students booster pack. Nearly every LEGO theme has some new sets–it can be a lot to process!– so we have your complete guide right here detailing each and every new set and item.

Because LEGO releases summer waves at different times across the globe, the majority of these sets are available now in the UK. You can see the complete list of all 130 sets and items after the jump. Sets with a Red Indicator are currently available in the US and Canada as well (61 in total). The Americas will get access to the rest of the sets later this summer.

LEGO 40409 Hot Rod Gift With Purchase [Review]

The LEGO Store Gift With Purchase (GwP) offer for the month of June revives an old classic from the archives, reissued in a smaller form factor. The Hot Rod was originally released back in 1995 as the 5541 Blue Fury under the Model Team theme and reissued again in 2004 as the 10151 Hot Rod. This unique set of wheels comes free with purchases over US $85 | CAN $85 | GBP £85 and the offer is valid from 1st to 21st June 2020 (or while stocks last). We’re taking a quick look at this miniaturised version of the classic for you to decide if this is one to add to your collection.

LEGO 10273 Haunted House is now available [News]

LEGO’s recently announced Creator Expert 10273 Haunted House is now available for LEGO VIPs (free to join). The newest spooky Fairground Collection free-fall ride comes with 3,231 pieces, nine minifigures plus a skeleton. The set retails for US $249.99 | CAN $299.99 | UK £209.99.

If you want to motorize the free-fall ride in the Haunted House, you’ll also need an 88009 Powered Up Hub (US $49.99 | CAN $69.99 | UK £44.99) and two 88008 Medium Linear Motors (US $16.99 | CAN $19.99 | UK £14.99), though the designers of the set say the free-fall ride is just as fun operated manually.

LEGO is also offering 30369 Beach Buggy as a gift with purchase for orders more than US $40 through June 7th or while supplies last.

LEGO Star Wars UCS A-wing Starfighter now available with other May the Fourth deals [News]

LEGO is kicking off Star Wars Day celebrations early ahead of May the Fourth by launching the 75275 A-wing Starfighter. In addition to the UCS A-wing becoming available, LEGO is offering 40407 Death Star II Battle as a free gift with Star Wars purchases more than US $75 | CAN $75 | UK £75 (available through May 4th or when supplies run out).

LEGO is also offering double VIP points on all Star Wars sets (like the new helmet series) and various deals on other Star Wars sets throughout the weekend. The new Star Wars sets join several other LEGO products that have recently become available including Wonder Woman vs. Cheetah and the buildable Minions (which both have 2x VIP points for the entire month of May).

LEGO Star Wars gift with purchase for May the Fourth revealed as 40407 Death Star II Battle [News]

This year, for Star Wars May the Fourth weekend, LEGO suggest hopping into A-wing cockpit to take part in the Death Star battle. The upcoming promotional set revealed today, 40407 Death Star II Battle, depicts a couple of tiny Star Wars fighters swooshing by the turrets of the Empire’s notorious space base. The set will be available for free with the qualifying Star Wars purchases over $75 during May 1-4. Featuring a tiny copy of the iconic A-wing, this promotional set is a perfect gift with the purchase of the latest UCS 75275 A-wing Starfighter set revealed last week.

Your guide to the 19 new LEGO sets for April 2020, including Pirates of Barracuda Bay [News]

Most of us are at home right now, but if you are in a position to fill your time with some LEGO building, there are 19 new sets and items to choose from for April. The biggest set launching today is the new LEGO Ideas Pirates of Barracuda Bay followed by pre-orders for the Technic Fast & Furious Dodge Charger.

LEGO is also offering two seasonal gifts-with-purchase, an exclusive Easter Egg with purchases more than US $50, and a smaller yellow Easter Bunny polybag with purchases more than US $30. LEGO 40371 Easter Egg Limited Edition Gift With Purchase [Review]

Your guide to the 23 new LEGO sets for March 2020, including Dots, Fiat, Marvel and more [News]

A new month means new LEGO sets are now available, so here is your TBB New LEGO Set Guide for March 2020. There are 23 new items available (much less than the 153 sets from January but more than the 12 sets from February). New items include the entire new Dots lineup, Fiat 500, Marvel Black Window and Spiderman sets, a few minifigure accessory packs, an Easter seasonal set, and Mickey and Minnie key chains among others.

LEGO is also offering a unique gift-with-purchase to celebrate 40 years of LEGO trains: 40370 Steam Engine. The set will be available March 1st to 15th while supplies last with purchases more than US $99 | UK £99.

LEGO Gift With Purchase 40370 – Push-Along Steam Engine [Review]

For LEGO’s upcoming gift with purchase, 40370 Push-Along Steam Engine, they are diving deep into the archives to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the release of 7180 The Push-Along Steam Engine set. This set was introduced in 1980 at the dawning of the 12v train era, and it’s quite a rare find these days. If you can find one still in a sealed box, you can bet it will set you back a bit. Lucky for you, this updated version of the model will be free with purchases over $99 / €99 / £99 available March 1st – 15th in LEGO Stores and Shop At Home. This weekend (Dec 6 – Dec 9) a Double VIP Points for LEGO shoppers and features two special exclusive gifts with purchases. First up is the second holiday exclusive, the LEGO Mini Gingerbread House (40337) (free with purchases from) $99 and the LEGO Star Wars 20th Anniversary Obi-Wan Kenobi (30624) polybag (free with Star Wars purchases from $40),

Both will be available until supplies run out, though double points is only this weekend and will likely be the last double VIP points of 2019.

LEGO unveils massive Batmobile set based on Tim Burton’s 1989 Batman, available on Black Friday [News]

LEGO has officially unveiled its newest collector’s set, 76139 1989 Batmobile, a massive 3,306-piece model based on the Caped Crusader’s vehicle from Tim Burton’s iconic Batman film. Perhaps one of LEGO’s worst-kept secrets of the past year, this set features a slide-open cockpit with a new windshield, two pop-up machine guns and a rotating display stand. The model also comes with three new minifigures: Batman, The Joker and Vicki Vale.

The 1989 Batmobile will be available from LEGO beginning on November 29 for Black Friday. The set will retail for US $249.99 | CAN $299.99 | UK £219.99.

In addition to other LEGO Black Friday deals, those who purchase the 1989 Batmobile between November 29th and December 5th will receive an exclusive mini replica of the original model as a free gift-with-purchase while supplies last. The “not-so-mini” 40433 1989 Batmobile – Limited Edition comes with 366 pieces and a rotating base as well.

Free Star Wars mini droid VIP exclusive with Droid Commander set purchase and a free LEGO lunchbox [News]

The LEGO Store Online has two promotions currently. First up is an exclusive gift with purchase of the LEGO BOOST 75253 Droid Commander set. VIPSs receive a free “mini” version of the droid commander set with a printed Star Wars anniversary tile. The promotion is available through Sept. 15 or while supplies last, so you may want to grab these as soon as you can.  199.99 USD | 269.99 CAD | 179.99 UK.

The second promotion is for an old school metal lunchbox with an image of the original patent on the front. This retro promotion is available online only with purchases more than $99 through September 15 or until supplies run out.
