Remember to consult the owner’s manual before off-road driving

But seriously, why else would they give you a copy of the owner’s manual with your new car? I guess Stas Revin has carefully studied his copy of the book, as his latest Ford Bronco R is an outstanding LEGO Technic replica of the future Ford truck. Copying the style and livery of the smaller System build from LEGO Speed Champions 76905 Ford GT Heritage Edition and Bronco R, this beast looks a bit insidious. Only after a closer look did I figure out the actual size and scale of this Technic model. With a scale of 1:10, it is powered with four Control+ motors, which is a lot for this model.

If you liked the body and the exterior, you would surely fall in love with the chassis. Powered by four independent countors of tubes, this Bronco can adapt its suspension however you like. It’s a shame Stass opted for third-party tires, but, you know, they say that the tires are 50% of the car’s look. So…

LEGO teases the new Technic McLaren F1 set [News]

The new upcoming LEGO Technic F1 model developed under the license of the McLaren Formula 1 racing team got teased today on social feeds. Although none of the cars — neither the actual F1 car nor the LEGO replica — can be seen, it’s safe to say the new LEGO product will be executed in a scale of at least 1:12. Considering the model’s size, we expect it to consist of no less than 1,000 pieces with a corresponding price tag.

The fourth Law of Robotics: always keep your AI happy

What do you do when your drone tells you a lame joke? Right, you laugh. Look at Pascal Schmidt‘s drones. They are happy, which means the people around them are safe and happy, too. A combination of brutal dark gray mechanical suits and innocent smiling faces from DOTS gives me chills every time. Practically it’s the most effective way to give your build character, but in this case, the suits are excellent, too.

Happy Happy Drones

Kingdom for a handful of dark bluish gray slopes!

Besides sharing fantastic creations through the front page of the Brothers Brick, I like collecting building ideas to use in my own models sooner or later. No kidding, I have a ton of folders with pictures and links to my favorite ideas in numerous genres. Castle is one of the genres I’m planning to explore, but I’ve been in search of a perfect vision — until today. Kallstark Stronghold by Louis of Nutwood might be exactly what I was looking for. The way the castle merges with the landscape puts this build on par with modelmaking masterpieces; obviously, a LEGO version lacks weathering, but the texture of the walls adds so much character. The towers’ and walls’ proportions may be questionable, but I’m a fan of the current composition. The castle looks a lot bigger than it is. And this is precisely how it gets a little bit of magic — I need to know what is happening inside!
