Last week we got our first look at 71741 Ninjago City Gardens, but today LEGO is taking the wraps off the set with a few more images via certified reseller Bricks World LEGO Certified Store in Singapore. Ninjago City Gardens will be the third in the Ninjago City series and includes 18 minifigures. The set will be available starting Jan. 14 for members of LEGO’s free VIP loyalty program, and for everyone on Feb. 1. Once available, it will retail for US $299.99 | CAN $399.99 | UK £274.99.
LEGO and Hype will be launching a lineup of streetwear apparel inspired by LEGO Ninjago on January 14th LEGO.com and JUSThype.com the following day. The collection will feature Ninjago themed tees, shirts, shorts, hoodies, joggers, jackets and bags.

The Razor Crest is now available on Amazon (US) at its regular retail price. In case you’re wondering, what’s the big deal about this Star Wars vehicle, the spoiler-free answer is the Razor Crest leaves a mind-blowing impression in season two that makes it a little more sought after now for not only fans and likely LEGO investors.
If you’re not seeing the set at its regular retail price of $129.99 USD – it’s likely if you’re reading this a little later and they’re gone for now. Where does the time go? It seems like only yesterday that Ninjago was the new theme on the block. Somehow, though, we’ve reached it’s tenth anniversary! The Legacy sub-theme is LEGO’s way of bringing back older sets with updated builds and features, but Ninjago Legacy 71742 Overlord Dragon is a little different. This is the first time that the Overlord Dragon has appeared in a LEGO set, making this return to Ninjago Season 2 extra special. It’s available now for US $29.99 | CAN $39.99 | UK £27.99, but is it a fitting tribute to 10 years of Ninjago history? Read on and see!

LEGO Education has been on a roll lately! It feels like just yesterday (nearly a year ago) we were covering a review of SPIKE Prime, their current flagship product. Now we’re checking out a kit that approaches STEAM learning from a different angle. While robotics are awesome, and programming is becoming a more and more common skill, not everyone can afford those tools. The new BricQ Motion line seeks to break barriers and bridge the gap for those who do not have access to those resources. It also hopes to foster more hands-on exploration of physical science. In today’s modern society, it seems digital technology makes the world go round. Especially in recent history – when thousands of people are realizing that they can effectively work from home – computer skills are hugely advantageous. But not everyone is born with a computer in their hands. So many children don’t have tech-based resources in their learning environment. And STEAM isn’t all about digital learning. Enter LEGO Education’s new BricQ Motion line. Currently the offerings include 45401 BricQ Motion Essential (6+) and 45400 BricQ Motion Prime (10+). These kits promise to foster creative exploration of physical science through sports-themed guided lessons. They will both retail for US $99.95.

The third and final review for 2020 qualifying fan creation submissions consists of 25 projects. This makes a total of 86 qualifying projects for the year with 26 in the first submission and 35 in the second submission. These fall within the qualifying period for which they will be considered to be made into official LEGO sets.
