In this video by Chris Salt, the Power Miners do not shine in their attitudes towards the women in their midst. However, the animation is smooth, the jerk gets what’s coming to him, and there are singing rock monsters. What more could you ask for?
I’m not sure how long it’s been there, but this mosaic at Lego’s headquarters in Billund is made out of minifigs, yes, minifigs. You can see it in the background of a humorous video of the company, made to solace those who have suffered injuries from stepping on Lego bricks. Photo by Michale Sevy.
Spanish LEGO builder Sheepo has built a Bugatti Veyron from Technic that not only sports the beautiful lines of the original but also incorporates a fully functional seven-speed gearbox, retracting spoiler, independent suspension, and more features of the world’s most expensive car.

A girl appeared on a German TV show to identify Star Wars minifigs, not through any conventional way of referencing Peeron or Bricklink but by using her mouth! I’d say that’s a pretty useful skill to have, don’t you think?

With counter-rotating props, doors that open and close, and a central joystick that controls the angle of the props, you have to see the video to believe it:

Mike Dobson has created “CubeStormer” — the world’s fastest Rubik’s Cube solver. Watch it to believe it.
CubeStormer uses the older MINDSTORMS RCX robotics system, hooked into Cube Explorer software.
