This is what we’re all about. We scour the web for the best custom LEGO models to share with you. From castles and spaceships to planes, trains, and automobiles, you’ll find the best LEGO creations from builders all over the world right here on The Brothers Brick.

This is Spartan 117

Okay, so this isn’t all that original — how many different ways are there, really, to make a purist Master Chief? — but I’ve been waiting to improve my first version for a while. With the new bronze/gold visor in the Mars Mission sets, I finally had the piece I needed.

Excavation by Barbara Werth

I’m a sucker for archaeologically themed LEGO. As Bruce says, Barbara Werth gets credit for being the first to incorporate the new skeleton horse into a LEGO vignette.

Halo LEGO by Brian Kescenovitz

As I said a couple months ago, there’s not a lot of originality in LEGO creations inspired by Halo. My general feeling of dissatisfaction with Halo LEGO extends to my own Master Chief minifig, who I intend to replace soon (despite being featured on Joystiq yesterday).

Still, the game continues to inspire the occasional beauty, such as this true-color Ghost and brick-built Elite by Brian Kescenovitz:

Note that some of the previous Ghosts and Banshees so popular on the Web weren’t built with actual purple bricks like this one is — they were Photoshopped. Here’s Brian’s Warthog:

Don’t miss the rest of Brian‘s Halo creations:

Arvo’s Chestburster from Aliens

The latest LEGO creation by the Arvo brothers features a chestburster emerging from some unlucky person, complete with pooling blood dripping off of the sculpture’s base.

There are no studs in Belville

Not exactly, but Izzo says that Belville figures “Have so very few studs, so few studs…” Regardless, he manages to fit a Belville fig into a sweet purple power suit:

While we’re at it, here’s Izzo’s previous powered armor for a Belville fig:

If that’s not enough of a Belville fix for you, a quick search on Flickr will reveal several more interesting creations.

(No. I refuse to add a Belville category. You can’t make me.)

Adrian Drake’s Steampunk X-Wing

If the X-wings posted here recently are steps forward in time, and thus evolution, is a Victorian X-wing devolution? Not if it’s this cool:

Very nice, Adrian Drake!

Legohaulic’s Evolved X-wing

Legohaulic enters the FBTB X-wing Evolution Contest:

The closed wings look great, and they’re swept back more than the original:

Legohaulic’s version even has a rear gunner:

Wild to be wreckage forever

Hey, it’s my blog, I can quote poetry if I want to. Michael Jasper presents a batch of wonderful — if unridable — motorcycles:

Well, you can ride them if you only have a torso, but that’s a sacrifice I’d be willing to make to look this cool:

Awwwww, doggies!

Moko (boy, is that guy prolific!) seems to have wrapped up his furniture series and started a batch of dogs, including an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene version of his Jack Russel:

Nnenn’s Evolved X-wing

The X-wing Evolution contest over at FBTB Forums is yielding some interesing takes on what a hypothetical future version of the X-wing would be, not least of which is Nnenn’s entry:

Real men (and T-800s) wear black!

Decent weather afforded me the opportunity to photograph lots of the minifigs that have been waiting in piles around our living room. I’m too impatient to dole them out slowly, so I uploaded them all at once, which obligates me to blog ’em all, I suppose. ;-) Anyway…

Here are Agent J and Agent K from Men in Black:

T-800 Model 101 (as played by the Governor of California) from The Terminator (with weapons by BrickArms):

I’m on the farm again

Misterzumbi's Ursus tractor

Misterzumbi is, in my opinion, the undisputed king of wheeled vehicles. The picture is the link.

EDIT:
And since this is still on the front page I won’t make a new post for this beauty…
