LEGO rings in 2026 with new Garden, Architecture, and Art sets

Today LEGO revealed three attractive new display sets for adult builders across a range of themes. LEGO Art 31218 Japanese Cherry Blossom Landscape doesn’t adapt a particular iconic work but rather evokes the style of ukiyo-e style in a lush and textured scene.  LEGO Architecture 21064 Paris – City of Love takes iconic Parisian landmarks (some of which have appeared in brick before) and assembles them in a stylized shadowbox. Finally, and probably of most interest for readers of this site, LEGO Icons 11372 Autumn Cottage Garden is the third “Gardens of the World” set and combines a Tudor-style cottage (complete with a tiny gnome!) and fall foliage, including a new leaf mold and two new bird prints. We have two observations from this mix – first, an English autumn set in January? Second, LEGO is really blurring the line with these themes. As with the Fauna Collection and Restaurants of the World, traditional themes seem less important for these non-IP 18+ sets. Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

LEGO Art 31218 Japanese Cherry Blossom Landscape| 1892 Pieces | Available January 1, 2026 | US $139.99 | CAN $179.99 | UK £99.99

Bring colour and nature into your home with this LEGO Art Japanese Cherry Blossom Landscape (31218) building set for adults. Inspired by the beauty of springtime in Japan and the country’s Ukiyo-e artists, this brick-built 3D Japanese wall art features Mount Fuji, a teahouse, a bridge, a waterfall, flying Japanese cranes, and cherry blossom, ‘Sango-Kaku’ maple and Japanese umbrella pine trees.

This colourful home office decor piece comes in a black lacquer shadow box frame and has 2 display options. It can be mounted on a wall with a hanger or freely stood on a flat surface.

The artwork’s waterfall flows beyond the frame so that on a wall it pours directly out, or can be adjusted to spill out onto a flat surface. This LEGO 3D wall art set offers a calm, immersive and mindful experience for adults as you build the set from LEGO bricks. A treat for yourself or a Japanese gift idea for women and men who are art lovers, this model includes instructions to guide you through a creative activity.

Finish the set with the decorated ‘City of Love’ brick and the brick-built frame, then hang it on a wall or display it on a shelf in your home or office. As you create the framed wall decor artwork, enjoy enhanced building with the LEGO Builder app, zooming and rotating with 3D instructions while saving and tracking progress – all from within the app. This premium set will appeal to you or any creative adult who loves history, travel or Paris architecture, and it makes a great gift for LEGO building fans. LEGO Icons 10365 USS Enterprise: a ship worthy of the name [Review]

Reviewer’s log, stardate -297548.10*. A curious missive appeared on the bridge today: a new Starfleet vessel has been sent to us for appraisal. Its designation? LEGO Icons 10365 USS Enterprise. This is not a starship in the conventional sense. It consists not of tritanium or duranium, but of plastic bricks – 3,600 of them, in fact. For such a large ship, it has an impressively small contingent: nine minifigures, representing one of the finest Next Generation crews ever to journey the cosmos. Naturally Starfleet doesn’t auction off its ships, but we’re informed that back on Earth, this particular model costs US $399.99 | CAN $489.99 | UK £349.99. Its maiden flight takes place on stardate -297491.25 (or November 28th, depending on your timeline).

We’re also informed that this is the first time its manufacturer – LEGO – has entered the Starfleet fold. Hans B. Schlömer and Crystal Marie Fontan from the design and graphic design teams, respectively, briefed us with some classified information and insights, which we will distribute as we go along.

LEGO Icons  10356 Star Trek U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D | 3,600 Pieces | Available November 28 | US $399.99 | CAN $489.99 | UK £349.99

*There are a few different ways of working this date out – this is the calculator I used, for reference!

LEGO Icons 10366 Tropical Aquarium: deep-dive into the world of re-colours [Review]

Four years ago, LEGO released an intriguing Creator set that stood out for its uniqueness: 31122 Fish Tank. What a great idea! A way of bringing some aquatic LEGO into your home without all the yellow of their traditional underwater themes. Clearly, some bright spark at LEGO saw that set, and went: OK, but what if we made it bigger? That’s clearly just speculation on my part – but the end result is the same: 10366 Tropical Aquarium, which releases this November 13 for US $479.99 | CAN $599.99 | UK £399.99. Among its 4,151 pieces, it counts a large number in new or rare colours, and in good quantities at that. But there’s more to this set than just new re-colours! Take a dive into the tropical waters, and let’s check it out together.

LEGO goes re-colour crazy with new Icons set 10366 Tropical Aquarium [News]

NPU: Nice Parts Use. Often used to denote a cool or unusual use of a LEGO piece. LEGO themselves have been no stranger to this concept, and themes like the Botanical line have taken that maxim even further. And although we’re only now getting a first glance at the latest LECO Icons set, 10366 Tropical Aquarium, that first glance is full of parts in new colours! We can see what appear to be two fresh colourways of hat and some new transparent leaf pieces among its 4,154 pieces. The price of admission seems accordingly high – US $479.99 | CAN $599.99 | UK £399.99 – but you’ll have to wait for our review to find out if there’s treasure in that sunken chest or just a soggy old boot! This colourful coral tank with its fishy inhabitants is slated for release November 13th.

LEGO Icons 10352 The Simpsons Krusty Burger – Worth the price tag? [Review]

Way back in 2014, LEGO struck up a partnership and ventured into the TV city of Springfield. The Simpsons made their LEGO debut with 71006 The Simpsons House, which was quickly followed the next year with the 71016 Kwik-E-Mart. Meanwhile, there were two Collectible Minifigure Series. And then the theme fell dormant. Now, after a decade-long gap, we are getting the newest addition to the line, under the Icons banner. LEGO Icons 10352 The Simpsons: Krusty Burger enters the scene as the next large set in the series, though smaller than the others. Weighing in at 1635 pieces, and including 7 minifigures, it will retail for US $209.99 | CAN $259.99 | UK £179.99. Join us for lunch as we tour the set, which will be available to LEGO Insiders on June 1 and to all on June 4th.

The LEGO Group provided The Brothers Brick with an early copy of this set for review. Providing TBB with products for review guarantees neither coverage nor positive reviews.

Disclaimer: Ironically, I live mere minutes from the town that gave the show its namesake, and my father was also teasingly gifted Mr. Burns memorabilia by his employees when I was a kid, but I have never personally watched the show in my life. I’m simply reviewing the set from a standpoint of a LEGO fan, and not necessarily a Simpsons fan, so please forgive me if I miss or mistake a reference.

LEGO Icons 10331 Kingfisher – An iconic bird in brick [Review]

The LEGO Botanical Collection has been a huge success, with loads of adult fans scooping those sets off shelves to decorate their homes and offices in a fun and cheerful way. The LEGO Ideas Insect Collection was also a hit, giving a bit of variety to these similar types of adult-oriented sets. It only made sense that the company would try to branch out into some of the more elegant representatives from the animal kingdom. Speaking of “kingdom” they picked an excellent candidate with the LEGO Icons 10331 Kingfisher. Join us as we swoop in for a closer look at this 834-piece set, available February 1st, and retailing for US $49.99 | CAN $69.99 | UK £44.99.
