Wearable Boba Fett costume built from LEGO

I’ve been keeping an eye on Simon‘s LEGO Boba Fett costume project for a while (and yet somehow missed his great LEGO Star Wars minifigs along the way), so I was very pleased to see the completed armor.

This may be the coolest homage ever to the beloved bounty hunter with only ~~two~~ four lines in Empire Strikes Back:

That’s right, Simon has built a complete Boba Fett costume entirely from LEGO (except the jump suit and cape, of course). The outfit includes a helmet, jet pack, chest plate, and blaster. Amazing stuff!

Custom Final Fantasy X-2 minifigs Photoshopped by morgan19

While working on custom decals for a trio of Final Fantasy X-2 minifigs, Jamie Spencer combined his decal designs in Photoshop with scans of the minifigs he’ll be putting them on, resulting in a rather cool effect:

Rikku, Yuna, and Payne never looked so good. I can’t wait for the finished minifigs.

M274 Mongoose ATV from Halo by Vidgamer838

The flood of LEGO Halo creations is so overwhelming that I can make that pun without ever having played the game. Still, this Mongoose ATV and custom UNSC Marine by Vidgamer838 seemed too good to pass up:

Jordan’s Hellboy is the ultimate custom LEGO minifig

With a modified head piece and sideburns from Arealight, decals from Jared “Kaminoan” Burks, and a megagun from the newly relaunched BrickForge, this Hellboy minifig by Jordan Schwartz brings together elements from several LEGO customizers to create the ultimate custom minifig:

Some of Corran101’s animals are more equal than others

I first read George Orwell’s Animal Farm as a child, long before learning about the complex allegory of historical references (such as Snowball‘s representation of Leon Trotsky). When I read it again in college, a whole new dimension opened on the page.

Indiana Jones and the Brick Adventures by Brian Williams

Brian Williams has posted two fantastic LEGO creations based on the vehicles in the Indiana Jones movies.

High above the airships of the Deutsches Reich aboard Obenwolken

Linking to Jamie “Morgan19” Spencer‘s Brickshelf gallery in my last post, I realized that I’d never blogged his fighter/reconnaissance craft, the Obenwolken:
