You’d probably expect a lot of the posts on a LEGO website like The Brothers Brick to be about LEGO, and you’d be right. If you’re browsing this page, you might want to consider narrowing what you’re looking for by checking out categories like “Space” and “Castle.” We’re sure there’s something here that’ll fascinate and amaze you.

My Friends are cooler than yours

We’ve seen the Friends minidolls show up in all sorts of interesting creations since they were introduced in 2012, including sky-fi airplanes, giant spaceships, tiny spaceships, and mechs. But these anime-inspired hardsuits may just be one of the best uses I’ve seen yet. When paired with the crazy hairpieces from LEGO’s official anime-inspired theme in 2006-2008, Exo-Force, the minidolls look like they’re straight out of an anime. And builder 3D Foundry has done some great work building cool hardsuits for them.

Don’t dare take your eyes off these Five Night’s At Freddy’s LEGO characters

If you live with teens or pre-teens then you’ve probably seen your fare share of videogame fads. A year or two ago it was Minecraft. And before that it was Angry Birds. But without a doubt, the big one right now is the minimalist jump-scare game Five Night’s At Freddy’s. And while we brace ourselves for that inevitable wave of FNaF merchandise to hit store shelves, let’s enjoy these suitably creepy-looking LEGO versions of the game’s characters, built by David Pickett:

In his usual fashion, David has created them at three different terrifying scales, including custom mini-figs! And many of the characters are represented – check the Flickr album to see them all.

And if you wanna take a crack at building your own, David has even made a couple of instructional videos showing you how his were put together:

Frank Lloyd Wright’s Prairie School masterpiece in LEGO

The post title says it all, both the original design by Frank Lloyd Wright and this LEGO model by Jameson Gagnepain (Jameson42) are absolute masterpieces. I’m no expert on architecture, but according to the builder, this building is called “Wingspread” and was built in 1937. Jameson has captured not just the architecture of the building, but also the surrounding landscape, and even a period appropriate little car. Make sure you check out the entire gallery, to see all the details!

She belongs to Davy Jones, at the bottom of the sea

As is the fate of many, many vessels, The Carmen rests at the bottom of the ocean. Her builder, Sebeus, doesn’t give us any indication of what took her there, but the fact remains she’s been buried for years.

The Carmen

This completely caught my eye. I do love seeing decay done right in LEGO, and this totally fits the bill. The ship is clearly overgrown and becoming an excellent habitat, and you can still make out the details of the ship (LOVE the figurehead!) while getting a sense of just how long she’s been there.

Every Guy needs a vampire kit

This vintage vampire hunting kit, by Guy Himber, has it all! From Holy Water to Silver Bullets, from a Crucifix to Steampunk-styled Stakes, this kit is fully stocked and ready to go. Housed in a stylish case, this kit will fit seamlessly into anyone’s busy life, on hand to deal with any pesky vampires that may pop up at any moment.

Steampunk Vampire Hunter Kit by Guy HImber

All kidding aside, this kit is beautiful. I’m a sucker for vintage “things in cases”, so this hits all the right notes for me.

Grey and green gets the gold

The aggressively clean lines of this ship belie its complexity. If you look closely, you’ll note that builder Chris Perron (thebrickbin) employs a healthy dose of complex techniques to achieve the sweet stylings of this space fighter. Plus, trans-neon-green is an unused color in modern space builds, and it looks just stunning here.

The Apple Logo

LEGO Bro built nice little mosaic of the Apple logo. Whether you are a fan of the fruit or not, you have to admit that he nailed it.

Ma.King do with Umamen

Umamen recently posted this MaschinenKrieger-inspired robot. The amount of detail that the builder was able to cram into such a small area is pretty amazing. I also really like the sleek chunkiness, which is key to a Ma.K. build.

Steven Spaces Out

Steven Erickson branches out into the far reaches of Outer Space with this build. Christened the “White Raven”, this little speed demon has an adorable chibi vibe going on. I really like it. More Space, Steven! More Space!

The Best Build of the Worst Star Wars Character ever

Vitreolum felt compelled to build this. You have to admit, it’s a really good build. The face is especially well-done. Too bad it’s Jar-Jar’s face.

Off to bed, Little Monster!

Castor Troy has recreated the two main characters in Mario Ramos’ book, Off to Bed, Little Monster! / a La Cama, Monstruito!. I think the monster is simply too cute for words and the sense of mischief as he runs from the man is portrayed perfectly.

Blake Belladonna

Mike Dung has built a lovely version of RWBY’s Blake. The sense of motion and power in this build really jumps out at you. Mike is a master of anime characters and it shows in this figure.
