Black Friday begins this weekend from the 27 and runs right through to the 30th of November, celebrating Cyber Monday, for a total of 4 straight days. That does not mean you should take it nice and slow as delectable deals tend to run out pretty fast. When we reviewed 31199 Marvel Studios Iron Man from the first wave of the new LEGO Art mosaic sets a few months ago, we talked about LEGO’s long history with mosaics, going all the way back to 1955. Despite being a considerably different build experience from the typical LEGO set, mosaics have enduring popularity, and LEGO is determined to keep up with that market, as the second wave of Art mosaic sets has already been revealed. Two new sets are launching January 1, 2021, from the Wizarding World and Disney franchises. Today we’re looking at the first of those sets, 31201 Harry Potter Hogwarts Crests, which will retail for US $119.99 | CAN $149.99 | UK £114.99 and includes 4,249 pieces. The set includes pieces to build the crests for any one of the four Hogwarts houses, and four copies of the set can be combined to build a giant Hogwarts School crest.

Today, LEGO revealed the next Technic Ferrari car, the legendary Ferrari 488 GTE. The new 42125 Ferrari 488 GTE AF CORSE #51 set is a massive 1,677-piece replica featuring all the real car’s authentic features and beautiful design. The set will be available starting January 1, 2021, priced at $169.99/€179,99/£169.99.

LEGO unveiled today four new sets from the 2021 Star Wars lineup. Two iconic vehicles, the X-Wing and TIE Fighter, along with a single Millennium Falcon Microfighter (Series 8) are the latest January 2021 sets to be revealed, following 75299 Trouble on Tatooine from The Mandalorian that we got a look at a few days ago.

The new 10276 Colosseum is the biggest LEGO set ever made, with an insane part count of 9,036 pieces. The record-breaking set is making its debut on Nov 27, better known as Black Friday, where it will retail for $549.99 | CAN $649.99 | UK £449.99, and for customers who purchase it over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend, it will come with an exclusive gift-with-purchase (GWP), 6346109 Roman Chariot, which contains 127 pieces. Our early review copy of the Colosseum was delayed in the mail and so our review of that set is still in progress, but we do have the promotional set to take a look at.
So slip into your sandals, toss on your toga, and grab your garum. Let’s head to ancient Rome!

Thanks to Polish retailer Bonito, we get a first look at LEGO’s new Botanical Collection featuring Bonsai Tree and a Flower Bouquet. The two releases take the same dark thematic box art sytle intended to target adult LEGO fans.

The Wonder Woman and the Cheetah DC Fandom Exclusive is now available on US retailer Walmart. If you missed the sales on LEGO US stores, now’s a second chance to snag one. Note that this is a US-only exclusive.
Retailer Van Der Meulen from Netherlands gives us an early peek at the new upcoming LEGO sets to be available in 2021 including themes from City, Creator 3-in-1, Dots, Friends, Ninjago and Technic. A total of 46 sets are listed here. Part count and pricing are not available at this moment but will be updated as and when we have more information. Highlights include the new City road plates a remote-controlled Technic off-road buggy.
