I don’t think it’s any secret that most people’s favorite The Book of Boba Fett episodes were largely Fett-less. Jonas Kramm has paid tribute to the show’s identity crisis with his latest build based on Episode 6. In this scene, the child Grogu faces off against a Jedi Training Droid on the planet where Luke is establishing his new school. Jonas has packed a lot of accurate detail into this 14×14 vignette, from the bamboo forest to the flintlock weapons used as twigs in the water. I appreciate the round quarter 1×1 tile in Ashoka’s hand, acting as the small package that the Mandalorian left for his foundling. But, perhaps the most accurate detail of all is that this scene also contains an entirely artificial recreation of Mark Hamill. Special effects jokes aside, if you dig this build, make sure to check out Jonas’s other vignettes of the show here and here.

LEGO BrickHeadz 40539: Ahsoka Tano – The 150th BrickHeadz set [Review]
The LEGO BrickHeadz theme has continued to be a fan favorite over the years, with many of LEGO’s popular themes getting characters, from Star Wars, to Marvel, to Ninjago, and many other popular culture characters. LEGO builders have also been inspired to create their own creations in the BrickHeadz style. When the LEGO Ideas team put the vote to fans about which theme should feature the special 150th BrickHeadz character, Star Wars was the winning theme, and with the recent live-action debut of a long-time fan-favorite Ahsoka Tano, during Season Two of the Disney+ series The Mandalorian, the choice of characters was clear, and one that is bound to thrill fans of the Star Wars franchise and of the BrickHeadz theme. LEGO Star Wars 75283 Armored Assault Tank (AAT) from The Clone Wars season 7 includes Ahsoka Tano and Ahsoka Trooper [Review]
Season 7 of Star Wars: The Clone Wars concluded on Disney+ recently, converging the storyline from the long-running animated TV series with the events portrayed in Revenge of the Sith. The season also wraps up a key storyline about Ahsoka Tano, connecting to her appearance as “Fulcrum” in Rebels. Because of this, LEGO fans have been excited about the inclusion of a new Ahsoka minifigure alongside a special “Ahsoka Trooper” in 75283 Armored Assault Tank, announced as part of the summer 2020 wave of LEGO Star Wars sets. The set includes 286 pieces with two minifigs (plus two battle droids), and will become available in the US on Sept. 1st, but may be available already in other regions (US $39.99 | CAN $49.99 | UK £34.99) due to logistics and supply chain challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.
