This is what we’re all about. We scour the web for the best custom LEGO models to share with you. From castles and spaceships to planes, trains, and automobiles, you’ll find the best LEGO creations from builders all over the world right here on The Brothers Brick.

You can never have too many Canadarms

Jason Corlett has just shared this beefy Overseer mech, featuring arms large and small for any industrial work you might need.

Overseer Assault Mech (No Head)

While I’m partial to the headless variant shown above, Jason has whipped up a number of different designs to show what the mech looks like with a wide variety of heads.

Drafting Table – a Study in Creativity

Sinan Bitişik has lovingly crafted this beautiful drafting table. I’m not sure why but I have a thing for drafting tables. There is something about the utility and minimalistic nature of them, while at the same time, knowing the potential and creativity that may be let loose on their smooth working surface. Regardless, this model is perfect. I would love to have one.

Don’t Cry Over Spilt Milk

Kosmas Santosa just built this most incredible milk carton. I have to say that it is probably the best milk carton LEGO model I’ve ever seen. It’s just so smooth. The brick-built label is spot on, not to mention that the folds and angles of the top are perfect. Nicely done.

Got Milk?

Kosmas has been building a lot for FOODcember. You should check out his martini as well. Not sure if it is shaken or stirred but it looks awesome!

Merry Chrashmas from Santa’s B-Team!

Joel Baker is the agent for this team of misfits and directly responsible for their behavior. I don’t know about you but I don’t want these guys pawing around my roof on Christmas Eve, blacklight nose or not!

I love how Joel got so much expression into each of these deer. They may only be the ‘B’ team but they have a lot of personality!

Chibi Aliens MicroFighters Contest entries

One of my favorite movies of all time is Aliens. It has everything a little boy would want: cool SHIP, fun dropships with APC, lots of action, and of course let’s not forget adorable aliens! So with the TBB’s Chibi MicroFighter contest, I was absolutely delighted to see not one, not two, but the three iconic builds from my favorite movie.

First up, we have Letranger Absurde (vitreolum) and his Chibi M77APC:
Chibi M577 APC
Sadly this doesn’t fit into our next build:

Angus MacLane and his Chibi UD-4L Cheyenne Dropship:

Of course if we continue with our Russian nesting vehicles, it would bring us to:

Halfbeak and the Chibi USS Sulaco:
Chibi USS Sulaco ("Aliens")

There’s still plenty of time to enter to build your favorite movie/TV/lego set vehicle in chibi-microfighter form for a chance to win some great prizes!

Lego zoetrope depicts fighting ninjas

I’m a fan of seeing new concepts in Lego creations such as a working zoetrope by Ian Spacek. The viewer rotates the cylinder and peers through the slots to see the sequence of animated images.

A Little Home to Call Your Own

Here’s a lovely little structure by delayice. Besides the neat architectural details, what really strikes me about this creation is the way the building looks as if it were organically constructed over centuries of use, as each new owner added on a new bit of the structure.

Bringing home the groceries on two wheels

Fujiia just posted this awesome bicycle. It is built using a nice minimalistic approach that really appeals to me. As they say, less is often more.

The moon was a ghostly galleon...

This micro winter forest, by Mel Finelli, is a thing of beauty. It’s amazing that such a small build can convey so much but it does. Just looking at this scene brings back memories of bright winter nights and the peaceful serenity when everything is covered in a blanket of undisturbed snow.

Another World

Bart de Dobbelaer is a masterful storyteller, and his latest scene is no exception. Despite being completely devoid of description, the image is so packed with grandeur and detail that it immediately invites the viewer to create a narrative around the picture.

The Naiv – A tribute to Salvador Dali in LEGO

Jin Kei has been working on a tribute to Salvador Dali for some time now. I don’t know if he is finished but this herd of stilt-walking, steampunk elephants was too good not to post.

I can’t imagine how fragile they are or how he got them all balanced. That alone is quite the feat. But technical aspects aside, these creatures are beautiful. I’d love to see them in person as I’m sure they are even more impressive. Make sure you take the time to look at the detail pictures in his photostream. It’s definitely worth it.

Party on, Victorian dudes

Serbian builder Milan Sekiz created this fearsome trio of steampunk hardware entitled Steam Party. Individually each piece stands out on its own. But with the addition of some greenery, wreckage and tire tracks, the whole ensemble is definitely greater that the sum of its parts.

I particularly love the tank (aka “Mr. Rust and two smoking barrels”) with it’s earthy color scheme, brick-heavy studs-hidden design, aggressive details, and of course those tracks! Check out Milan’s Flickr stream for lots of hero shots and closeups…
