This pineapple grenade by Nick Jensen is truly a blast. I have a thing for 1:1 Lego weapons and this one is a beauty. I don’t think I’ve ever commented on the fine, good looks of a grenade but there is a first time for everything.

I love the look of awe/wonder/”what on earth have I done” that this figures displays as he ponders his new appendage. Arkøv did well here. Very well.
This temple by Dan76 is stunning. I don’t see enough ancient-themed creations and this makes me want more. The statuary, the architecture, the interiors…I could go on and on. You really need to check out all the pictures. It will be well worth your time.
This is ‘Skull’s Deamon’ and it has a rather freaky look to it, if you ask me, which you didn’t. David has achieved that unique look by building this monstrosity out of virtually nothing but Star Wars battle droid pieces. I think I’m going to have nightmares tonight.
The latest addition to LEGO’s line of Advent Calendars, LEGO Star Wars 7958 Advent Calendar, 
This is one that I’ve been meaning to post on here for a bit now. Finally got a fire lit under me, so here it is. Sean and Steph Mayo are quickly coming to forefront in the adult lego community and this one is just another feather in their collective cap. I could make a comment about my burning love for this creation but I’ll resist…somewhat.
This Dragon Slayer training vignette, by Steve, is hysterical. It was definitely an unexpected use of the Lizard Man collectible fig. If I lived in medieval times, it would be just my luck to be the peasant in the dragon costume.
Anthony Sava has become a man known for his locomotives and the reputation is well-deserved. He has been working on a project to build all five of the Texas State Railroad locomotives and this is the final one. It has been quite the project and I have enjoyed it. I’m not a train guy but even I have to admit that there is something about locomotives that grabs you. Well done, Tony!
This medieval keep has a rugged functional beauty to it and I like it. It has just the right amount of detail on the walls, which keeps it from suffering from “Big Grey Wall Syndrome”, but LegoLord didn’t go overboard with the fancy bits either. Everything in moderation, dear readers, and you end up with a very nicely constructed castle like this one.
Tommy Williamson built these incredible trophies for the winners of his PchLUG101 contest and they are awesome builds in their own right. The light and the camera are especially worthy.
