Obenwolken has a “state of the art onboard photographic recording system” to survey the steampunk battlefields of 1862, and is armed with a pair of repeating cannons. The always-excellent schematics reveal even more details (click for full resolution):

Aliens remains one of my favorite sci-fi movies, in large part because of the awesome (though mostly futile) hardware the Colonial Marines throw at the aliens. Havoc‘s version of the M577 APC is chock full of awesome:

Tim Goddard adds a new microscale LEGO Star Wars diorama to his Mustaneer set with this great scene from the Clone Wars:
The brick-built smoke effects are great — especially where the laser beams rake across the ground. Tim’s microscale vehicles always good, but I love the red-white-and-blue Republic Gunship.
Peter Norman (Swoofty) has fast become one of my favourite train builders. Not only does he build in six-wide (don’t ask… it’s a train thing) but he does it exceptionally well and follows it with excellent photography. His various freight cars are a good lesson to any budding (or experienced) train builder.
