James Pegrum’s (peggyjdb) vignette caught my eye with its slanted rocks and angled placement of the temple, making it look more refined and realistic.
Registration for Brick Fiesta 2012 now open
Brick Fiesta is taking place in Houston from July 4 – 8 and registration is now open. This is the second year of this growing Southern Lego convention, and you can see pictures from the first event on Flickr.
Art Nouveau inspired modular bank
The combination of exotic colors and shapes from nature in Dita Svelte‘s modular bank makes this a standout build among fan-made modular buildings. The different gradients of green and earth tones add a complex layer of texture on top of that formed by the bricks.
Registration open for Brickworld Chicago 2012
Registration opens today for Brickworld Chicago 2012, the highly-attended Lego convention from June 13-17. I want to remind anyone planning on going to register and pay a few months in advance because registration always reaches its cap and MOC display space will run out.
