Zane Houston‘s mechanical version of the iconic Pokemon Charizard adds a new level of ferocity to the beast. The flamethrower tail and the visible mechanical workings inside the belly of the beast are great additions.

Egos Collide
Zane Houston has done a rather hilarious Super Heroes video for a contest on FBTB.net. I could watch this over and over…I especially like when the Hulk starts whooping Superman’s behind :-D
I also like Zane’s camera rig that he made for the video shoot :D
Spy ship gone rogue
Zane Houston designed a spy ship and outfitted it with guns to suit a bounty hunter. Not a bad combination of stealth and firepower.
The Advanced Tripod Invader is here to harvest you
I have to say that I’m a fan of the Alien Conquest theme. I like the concept and it is nothing like Lego has done before. That being said, some of the alien sets seem to be a bit lackluster. This walker, by Zane Houston doesn’t have that problem. I especially like the legs and the streamlined shape of the body. It reminds me of a mosquito. A giant humankind-sucking mosquito.
Many thanks to The Angry Lego Nerd for the heads up!
Militarized X-wing
Zane Houston shows us what the X-wing might look like if it were a modern military craft. It features folding wings and landing gear. The builder states that there’s more militarized Star Wars ships in the making. Will we see a TIE fighter soon?
