LEGO planes, trains, and automobiles! Well, maybe not trains, since they don’t like to play with the other LEGO themes, but here you’ll find all our favorite cars, buses, boats, ships, helicopters, and anything else with an engine (and some without).

Mini UNSC Pelican dropship and Warthog

LEGO UNSC Pelican dropship and Warthog

Alex Schranz (Orion Pax) discovered that sand green is harder to come by than he expected while building this mini-scale version of the Pelican dropship from Halo, complete with an itty-bitty Warthog that fits underneath.

Setting off on a caravan weekend in a Volkswagen Van

This eight-wide VW Van by Ed (Ed Bricks) had me smiling from the moment I saw it.

LEGO VW Van

Complete with a caravan in tow, this little beauty makes me want to throw everything in the Van and head north to Lancashire on the M6 for a long weekend.

Sadly, I don’t live in England, so I’m stuck with I-5 as my roadway and Canada to the north, not that there’s anything wrong with Canada…

Check out Ed’s photostream on Flickr for tons more pictures of his LEGO VW Van, including shots of the fully detailed underside.

Focke-Wulf fw190 a-4

The sky’s the limit with KV Draugaer’s Focke-Wulf. Its quite a faithful reproduction and looks really swooshable too! I want to grab it and go running around the house making engine noises…

The Spirit Wagon is coming for you!

Brent built this snazzy, yet spooky spirit wagon. It has a mission…to keep all of those nasty, flesh-covered people out of town.

I need one of these...

This Fennek by Cole Blaq is da bomb! Well, it’s really a Light Armoured Reconnaissance Vehicle, but you know what I mean. That camo job is pretty nifty too. Very nice job of recreating this burly vehicle!

Alex Schranz blasts off with an incredible build of the Space Shuttle Discovery.

EDIT (Andrew): I’m compelled by sheer awesomeness to add Alex’s fire engine.

The water cannon on the top is excellent, and the eight-wide scale allows Alex to give this truck a nice sense of weight.

Fedde is ready for some Big Jobs

LEGO construction thingie

Fedde (Karf Oolhu) has been hard at work constructing massive construction vehicles capable of taking on the most massive of construction jobs. The one above uses tank treads on the tires and Technic air intakes for the claw on the arm.

Fedde’s earlier Utility Tractor is no less hunky:

Renault A442 speeds to victory

Jarek (Jerrec) stepped out of his zone as a space builder to bring us an immortalized LEGO version of the Renault Alpine A442. This sleek model took about three weeks from planning to finish. If I can do something that amazing, I wouldn’t be here right now!
