The concept of a dropship has always fired my imagination — especially after seeing Aliens way back when. Havoc seems to share my fascination, as demonstrated by this fantastic rendition of the UD-4L Cheyenne Utility Dropship:

One sure way of attracting my attention to your LEGO model is making it look bigger than it is. HAZEL-Fantasy (HAZEL-頑張ります!) has created a version of the Gears of War APC that’s well-crafted, detailed, beautifully curved and small. I’m quite blown away. It’s also nice to see a model of an APC that isn’t the (very cool) one from Aliens.
Andrew Lee‘s astounding Ganesha hovership from the Matrix is an instant crowd-pleaser. Having improved much from the old version several years ago, the new hovership combines new parts and building techniques in the best Matrix creation I have seen.
Creator of incredible works including the Invisible Hand and Apocalypsis, Mark Kelso unveils his latest masterpiece in LEGO – a variation of a concept ship from the Star Wars Extended Universe called the Rusty Ferret. This stunning creation measures 140 studs long (over 3.5ft) and is just a beauty to behold. Check out some of the work in progress shots here.
Make no mistake, when combined with Mark’s excellent photo-editing skills, you’d have to look twice to see that it’s actually LEGO.
And now, Mark will auction off this priceless creation starting at one hundred billion dollars. I’d buy it if I had the money.

Bram Lambrecht presents a re-vamped version of an old MOC called the Pentapterigoid Fighter built all the way back in 1999. The new and vastly improved spacecraft is entered into the Re-build Your First MOC contest (ending Nov. 30th).
Rong Yiren just keeping churning out these incredible biomechs, one after the other. I think this one is his best yet. You gotta love the complexity of this thing’s legs!
Peter Reid‘s Exo Suit is the latest smash hit in his Neo Classic-Space genre. It doesn’t take any pointers for one to see how ingeniously awesome this is. When it comes down to details on your next mechanical biped, Peter is the man to dish out the greebs.
