Getting away from NWBC, now. Man, I wish I could have been there! The pictures show too much good stuff to take in at once!
Fradel Gonzales, commonly known as Slice151, have built a very nice pair of mechas that he call Chirashis. They are viewable in his flickr photostream, and are certainly fantastic in their black sleekness.

It’s Godzilla week! Duane Hess shows that not only Moko can build giant, mutated, army-crushing reptilians:
One can, of course, argue that this is not my forte. I have to ask, then, if giant, mutated, army-crushing reptilians isn’t (science) fiction, then what is? ;-)
(Note: updates from me will be more regular from now on. I have finally gotten hold of internet again! Wee!)

With mecha now a solid part of The Brothers Brick repartoire, I’d be remiss in my duties if I didn’t shamelessly point you over to Pan-Pacific Bricks for the latest information on a new “Van-Force” model by anime director and mecha designer Shoji Kawamori:
(Picture via The LEGO System.)
Azumu over at LEGO-BINGO reported last month (yeah, I know) that mecha designer Shoji Kawamori has created another Exo-Force alternate model using 7700 Stealth Hunter and 7707 Striking Venom.
Oh, and this one transforms.
Edge over at レゴ系(仮) (aka “The LEGO System”) provides a nice close-up of the mecha in flight mode:

Here’s are some pics by Azumu of Mr. Kawamori at an event held in LEGO specialty store “Click-Brick” (via LEGO-BINGO):

More info here on PPB about Mr. Kawamori’s previous Van-Force design:
With just a few short weeks left before the con, Mark Neumann has announced an impromptu “Mecha City Project” for NWBrickCon.

Read all about it over on Mecha Hub, and contact Mark if you’re interested (he tells you how in his MH post).
