It’s been a little while since we’ve featured a hardsuit inspired by Maschinen Krieger (or Ma.K) — a series of plastic models designed by Kow Yokoyama in the mid 1980’s. Here’s a nice one by Tim Zarki:

I love the photo-editing on the “announcement” photo above, but don’t miss the full gallery on Brickshelf for some great minifigs and a mecha:
Flame II by MischiefMecha
Brickshelfer MischiefMecha presents a mecha that demonstrates a nice integration between Bionicle and SYSTEM pieces.
Schism Class Urban Assault Mech by Brian Kescenovitz
We featured several Halo creations by Brian Kescenovitz a couple months ago, and I’ve been looking forward to his next project. Brian doesn’t disappoint:
Another reader submission, this time from Taylor. Thanks!
Tohu by Kopakashau
Kopakashau presents a creation called “Tohu”.
I’ll let mastergongfu do the talking on this one: “Not much Bionicle gets blogged, nor does it genrally deserve to get blogged, but this one I found on Brickshelf is superb.”
Hmmm… An interesting point. If you want to see more Bionicle here on The Brothers Brick, help me keep an eye out for great stuff and start sending me stuff to blog. Good photography also helps. Seriously.
Decepticon Shellshock by Adrian Florea
Unfortunately, Adrian Florea hasn’t included pictures of how his M3 Halftrack transforms into the Decepticon, but the before and after photos are certainly cool.
UPDATE: Adrian has posted a shot of Shellshock transforming. Way cool:

Rediv’s Optimus Prime
Classic Town-scale Optimus Prime
Seach for “Optimus Prime” on just about any LEGO site and you’ll get about 1.6 million hits. Of course, most don’t actually transform, and if they do, it’s much easier to build a transforming Optimus Prime at a fairly large scale. astronut1 has created a transforming Optimus Prime in the 4-wide scale of classic Town sets:
I won’t spoil the surprise, so be sure to check out all of astronut1’s Optimus Prime photos.
