Roll through this Starbucks drive-thru for your afternoon Trenta Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Caramel Cream

Reminding all of us how baristas at coffee shops like Starbucks bring a sense of normalcy each day in difficult times, Korean LEGO builder Oh So Jang has built a wonderful Starbucks with a drive-through and detailed interior, based on a real-life Starbucks in Korea.

While the exterior reflects the interesting architecture that many stand-alone Starbucks stores have started to exhibit, the interior is where this modular structure truly shines. The top floor has a Starbucks Reserve area where you can sip amazing single-origin coffees, while the ground floor features the espresso bar, seating area, and even a section for merchandise.

Shortly after I started working at Starbucks headquarters late last year, I spent time in my local store getting barista training — grinding and brewing drip coffee, washing dishes, ringing up customers, taking out the recycling, and doing my best not to over-froth the milk in lattes and cappuccinos. Now, after working from my couch for nearly 6 months due to COVID-19, the only co-workers I still see in person every day are those masked baristas through the drive-through window. But once I’m back in the office, I need a LEGO model like this on my desk.
