Do you hear that, readers? That’s the sound of Christmas getting ever closer! And what better way to count down to the big day than with day 13 of TBB’s LEGO advent calendar roundup? That’s just what we’re doing, so why not join us as we open up the City, Friends, Star Wars, Harry Potter, and Marvel calendars on offer this year?

As ever, our intrepid TBB team is on hand with witty comments, insightful observations, and bad jokes for each day’s builds. And of course, you can add your own thoughts in the comments section each day! So without further ado, let’s crack open the build for day 13…

Today’s City build is a gaming chair to go with the desk from day 12. In Friends, we get a Dots tribute set the decorations for yesterday’s tree.

Albus Dumbledore in a fetching purple outfit is the offering from Harry Potter today. Marvel’s minifigure is an equally well-dressed Okoye. Star Wars-wise, an Imperial shuttle marks our first foray into the Original Trilogy era.

Bart: Not sure what the crate of stuff is supposed to be, but I think I have one of those at home.

Lino: The crate full of stuff could be a nativity scene, maybe? But that chair makes you wanna bark orders like “make it so” and “engage”.

Ben: City offers the evil genius seat today? I’m OK with that, and another winning micro build in the Tyderium here.

Daniel: I like that Star Wars is bouncing around multiple eras instead of focusing on one or two. The Lambda-class shuttle is always fun to see.

Kyle: Again I’m confused why we have two from the same calendar. Isn’t that the box of scraps that Tony used to build his first Iron Man suit?

What? Friends Christmas decorations! I don’t think so…
