Go on a space mission aboard of 10283 NASA Space Shuttle Discovery together with the LEGO design team [Video]

It takes a lot to design a great LEGO spaceship and even more to build a swooshable one. Now, once the new 10283 NASA Space Shuttle Discovery is revealed, let’s look into the eyes of brave LEGO designers behind the latest exclusive set. Meet Milan Madge, Mani Zamani, and Nico Vas, three courageous designers telling us more about how the LEGO version of the Discovery space shuttle was created.

As usual, the designer video gives great insight into the challenges the designers had to deal with and a closer look at the new pieces. For instance, Mani explains the reasons for the new curved wall element, while Nick shows where you can find a heart in the model.

I’m assuming Milan’s minifig astronaut patch will be a GWP with this set if it hasn’t been available before. But I wonder what they’re blurring out in this video.

@winstonheard It seems like they’re blurring out the NASA logo on the sleeve, but I don’t know why because it’s also part of the information sticker.
