LEGO Ideas have just announced that 7 projects have achieved the required 10K votes to qualify for the third 2017 LEGO Ideas Review. In no particular order, here are the 7 that go into the next phase to be considered for selection as an official LEGO Ideas set.
The designer of 21310 Old Fishing Store, RobenAnne scores an amazing hat trick by having 3 submissions qualify, the Boat House Diner, The Lighthouse and The Dive Shop. These 3 designs all ring a familiar theme and feel to the Old Fishing Store.

Someone that’s no stranger to Ideas is Jason Allemann from JKBrickworks who designed 21305 LEGO Ideas Maze that was released back in April 2016. Now Jason has collaborated with Grant Davis, and together they reach another review milestone with their Pop-Up Book. You can always depend on JKBrickworks for something very different and unique, and this is no exception.

These seven sets will join the others that qualified earlier in 2017 and go through rigorous rounds of evaluation via the LEGO Review Board, consisting of designers and product managers. This is the most critical phase when fan designers must anxiously wait to hear if their design will become an official LEGO set.

Finally, a quick recap of the first 2017 Review Results when TRON Legacy Light Cycle was selected to be the next Ideas Set.
The second 2017 Reviews are still ongoing and will be announced early 2018.
Say what you want to say about me, call me whatever you want to call me, but if RuPaul’s Brick Race becomes an actual set, I will lose a huge amount of respect for LEGO.
Hi i would love to see a lego technic grader.
Jeffrey, sorry, what? This is just a fan blog.
For the projects in the review, I find it doubtful that any would pass. RobenAnne’s proposals are probably too big and similar to his earlier Fishing Store, and most of the others feel too big or bland. If it’s stable enough, maybe the pop-up book would feel novel enough to work.
