Piracy on the high seas

Al McLarens Pirate ship

Allister McLaren (Captain_Underpants) has a novel take on near-futurustic piracy. The solar and wind generators are an excellent touch and the islander boats give it a plausibly rickety feel. Given the fondness of media companies to misuse piracy and their access to those in power this could prove all too prescient.

I must concur. Piracy occurs on the open seas, not on the internet.

Yeah… I don’t even see why contries would want to censor their “internetz”. That takes all the fun out of it. And above all, if they want to do that, we might as well be calling our governmental leaders “Früher”.

Those pirates get to conserve energy and help save the environment while they’re killing people and destroying towns.
(now to just work on the other half)
