busboy489 built Gutenberg’s printing press for Classic-Castle‘s CCCVII contest, in the Technological Advances category.
I really like the arches for the ceiling–they really give a sense of space for me, making the room look even bigger, despite the HUGE press.
While the connection appears a bit vague, a the Bradford Rant Institute appears to have some sort of connection to LEGO — or so it seems. A least, that’s what the disclaimer at the bottom says.
The “pod” is also a pretty dead giveaway.
Legolord‘s Dawnshire Keep is a treat for the eye. There’s plenty to see in every photo, with so much action, landscaping, and well-built designs.
And for you fellow Christopher Moore fans–Dawnshire Keep is guarded first and foremost by a fool.

Michael Jasper is brilliant when it comes to Mini-figure scale models–and his pillar technique is no exception.

The micro-castle itself is rather lovely, but what really caught my eye was the presentation. Building his castle to fit inside the chest was ingenious!

This was just too good to pass up. The Schubert family created this amazing Alpine Village, which was displayed at BrickFair. The only photos appear to be on Brickshelf from Abe (scrope), another attendee.
