LEGO just revealed the next wave of Expansion Sets for the Super Mario theme. The sets include Bowser’s Airship, Boss Sumo Bro Topple Tower, Lakitu Sky World, Reznor Knockdown Expansion Sets along with the Frog Mario and Bee Mario Power-Up Packs. The Super Mario Series 3 Character Packs were revealed recently, and today we get close-up images of all the characters included.

LEGO Super Mario Expansion Sets, Power-Up Packs and Series 3 Character Packs will be available on August 1. However, Bowser’s Airship is available for pre-order, along with the new Adventures with Luigi Starter Course.

All the sets are compatible with Adventures with Mario and Luigi Starter Courses (sold separately). Starting from August 1, it will be possible to play both solo and with a friend with all these sets. LEGO is introducing a new 2-player action system to the LEGO Super Mario theme, which will allow children and fans to play together on the course they build.
