If you have a rodent problem at home, you’re in luck. Here’s a solution using a LEGO-built mousetrap designed and tested by Jerac.

I’d be hesitant to re-use my parts it if it really does manage to murder a mouse. On the other hand, if you’re a frequent builder at brick conventions, here’s a useful thought. Build a few of these and leave them around your creation to teach those pesky visitors a thing or two before they mess around with your display. I’d suggest maximizing the rubber band configuration for best results.
