Yes, those are indeed Big Ben Bricks wheels. If you notice in that picture they’ve seen quite a bit of action since last I took pictures of my locomotive. *curses dirty TexLUG 9v tracks*
Oh man the Art Deco just shines though with the lines and curves on this. Very artful.

I tend to forget that most people won’t realise the wheels aren’t real LEGO too. Better add a comment on my train instructions.
