A concert venue from a pop fan’s wildest dreams

Grab your friendship bracelets, Swifties, because the queen herself has arrived. Taylor Swift’s Eras tour has stunned audiences across the world, and now it makes a stunning LEGO diorama, too. The biggest challenge, says artist Paul Hetherington (aka “brickbaron”), was coming up with a design that could represent the entire tour in a single scene. So he focused on the Lover House, a symbol of Taylor’s extensive career and body of work.

Panning down from the giant representations of Taylor on screen (each of a gorgeous work of art in its own right), here’s a better look at the pop star herself, represented with style by a custom minifig.

The rooms of the Lover House are chock full of detail, with nary a blank space to be seen. We’ll start with the room representing Red, the iconic breakup album, complete with the burgundy armchairs from her music video. The ribbed 1×2 bricks cleverly stand in for pleated curtains.

One level down, we find the Speak Now room, representing Taylor’s debut album, which features a signature blue with gold accents. This time the curtains are an assortment of trans-blue sloped elements that give off a gauzy, surreal quality.

But wait—there’s more. Be sure to visit Paul’s Flickr page to visit each room of the house in turn. There’s certainly a lot to see; the entire display measures a whopping five feet by three feet. Here’s hoping it doesn’t accidentally get knocked off and shattered into a thousand pieces—because that thing is never, ever getting back together.

Great building and writing here. I just had to be pedantic and point out that Speak Now is her 3rd album, not her debut (which is her self-titled album).
