As stated in the review, I think it’s a decent purchase, with a fair bit of history in it. It’s hardly something you’ll read in bed, because there’s not much text and ample amounts of pictures and accessories.
This book is a nice celebration of another LEGO anniversary. It includes many reproduced flyers for collectors. Unfortunately the book ends without a good conclusion and seems like it was rushed to completion.
A much better book about LEGO is “50 Years of Play” which can be bought used for roughly the same amount of money:

Ben, I never knew that book existed. Do you have more information on it? It seems like an old book and a new copy would be very expensive.
