    • Michal Herbolt’s (gearcs) Tower of Babel is based on the ziggurat design. While the construction techniques are fairly standard, the scale is grand and imposing. Note the tiny staircases made using grill bricks.

      What’s this about simple construction techniques? I think many builders fall into the trap of using SNOT techniques just because they can. I like the brick-on-brick build, I’m sure it’s a heckuva lot more stable than SNOT. Great job, Mr. Herbolt, it looks spectacular.
