LEGO had the box for the next series of Collectible Minifigures (CMF) covered up when we were at their preview event in New York yesterday, but after we, FBTB, and others had left, they uncovered the box for some reason, and media who were still hanging around got a peek. The box confirms a number of previous leaks and rumors, so let’s dig in on what we’ve learned so far.
Series 17 appears to include the following minifigs:
- Frenchman with French bulldog
- Fairy princess dress-up girl
- Retiarius gladiator with trident
- Corn man
- Retro-future space man with ray gun
- 80’s exercise woman
- Dwarf
- Retro rocket dress-up boy
- Surfer with surf board
- Baker with whisk
- Hot dog stand boy (or soda jerk)
- Elf warrior woman with sword & shield
- Old-timey strong man with weights
- 80’s business man with brick cell phone
- Veterinarian with rabbit
- Mystery character wearing a three-cornered hat
