Does it still count as Microscale when it’s this big?

We’ve been watching Christophe Pujaletplaa’s LEGO Microville grow for a while now. We featured it first in 2019, and then revisited progress about a year later. But Christophe wasn’t done, and it’s time to take a stroll through this tiny metropolis and see what’s happening today.

Unfortunately Christophe’s French-language website doesn’t have a ton of new specifics to share, but we are treated to some views from various compass points. For example, from the north east you can see some of the shipping happening in the harbor, as well as checking on the status of the airport.

From the east, you can see the greenery of the suburbs give way to the skyscrapers of downtown.

And from the south west we can see some of the heavy industrial areas – but they still look very clean and orderly. Microville isn’t much for pollution or slums, it seems. Truly a city of dreams.

Hopefully this isn’t the last time we’ll get a chance to explore this expanding cityscape. But, just in case, our archives are packed with other microscale wonders for you to enjoy.
