We recently took a look at Blake Foster’s cyberpunk locomotive engine, but why stop there? Blake has posted some of the cars for this futuristic freight train, and each is just as worthy of our praise.

This flatbed car, and the massive cargo-container that it’s hauling, make terrific work of tiles to create a comfy space for hobos of the future to ride. And those angled ingots give a wonderful industrial detail.

The box car is carrying a shipment of brick-built chickens to market. The exterior detailing on the car is beautiful, with more angled ingots and some slanted hazard striping working together with plenty of stylish sloping to create a genuine futuristic feel.

Finally, this tanker car has a brilliant bevy of bars linked together to frame its three vats of Octan brand…gas? What do they use in the future? Maybe it’s, like, synth-ethanol byproduct or something.
