The next wave of LEGO’s Speed Champions theme has been revealed on Amazon France. Though the products aren’t available to order yet, this is our first official look at the new lineup of cars, which spans the breadth of the automotive landscape from compacts and muscle cars to supercars. There’s no word on the precise price points for these sets yet, but they should be officially available January 1. However, we can expect to see them trickle into retailers in the final weeks of December. We’ll also be publishing reviews of these sets even earlier than that, so stay tuned in the coming weeks for our hands-on coverage.

Thanks to the eagle eyes over at Hoth Bricks for spotting these on Amazon.
It’s interesting that while the Camaro looks like it represents the current ZL1 NASCAR car, there’s no hint of a NASCAR license anywhere. I think K’NEX has the license right now, but it’s neat that Lego and Chevrolet were able to work this out. https://autoweek.com/sites/default/files/styles/gen-932-524/public/NASCARCamaroZL108.jpg
Here’s hoping for a Chevy or Honda Indycar set in the near future.
New fenders, wheels, and tires on the Cooper, it looks like, and some sort of new piece for the Camaro hubcaps. Also, I didn’t think it possible, if they managed to make the F40 look not-incredibly-ugly. I mean, it was fast, but it looked like the bastard love-child of a Plymouth Superbird (which already looked like it was designed by a kindergartner) and a shipping crate.
LOL I love the original F40. To each is own!
The cooper parts could really help with making Porsche 911 builds look a bit better up front, too.
Not really a fan of the theme. All the compromises made between adherence to the source material and the limited scope of Lego bricks, tend to cause rather half-assed results. Most of the cars tend to end up rather generic.
Having said that, 75894 looks rather good, though.
Love all these but where’s the fords? What we need is the iconic mk2 escort rally car or a cosworth, also how about a Ken block hoonitruck
wondering if this is the whole lineup. there’s not a big $100 set pictured, but i suppose they may have opted for two $30-ish sets instead. i wish they’d gone with something prettier than that john cooper works buggy, but that vintage mini makes up for it. among the ferraris, mclarens and nascar racers, it’s somehow the star of this show
Looks like I was wrong about the Mini Cooper wheels and tires. The wheels were used for Holley Shiftwell and Lightning McQueen back in the 2011 Cars 2 sets, and the tires are a design that goes back to Jack Stone in 2002, though more likely they’re the updated version that came out in 2011 with Cars 2.
