The new LEGO House in Billund, Denmark is designed to look as if it has been built from giant LEGO pieces. The rooftops are a nice collection of overlapping box shapes, immediately recognisable to anyone who’s seen the building, or read anything about it during coverage of the opening…

Whilst Lasse has captured many of the quirky design touches in place to entertain visitors, my favourite parts of his model are the more everyday “behind the scenes” elements. Check out the delivery area round the back, and the LEGO truck pulling up outside. Nice forklift!
