    Lando!!!

I still don’t know what to think of the Falcon itself… It just doesn’t feel like the Falcon. Maybe after I see the film.

I’m still not over how they wrote off all the great stories in the Expanded Universe for this new Disney-fied dreck.

To the guy complaining about the death of the Expanded Universe, sorry but a lot of that stuff was garbage and I’m willing to sacrifice the Timothy Zann trilogy in order to never have to see or hear about this Vong or “legacy era” garbage ever again. Of the pieces of E.U. they’ve made official cannon in this “Disney-fied dreck”, (which by the way the E.U. was only ever head cannon at most and never Lucasfilm level cannon) the track record has been one of making the good stuff from the E.U. into cannon. Thrawn is cannon now, the death troopers are essentially the shadow troopers, etc.

I wonder if the front splits apart in the movie for cargo loading (and in the Episode IV-IX era, maybe it’s just stuck open?) but this toy doesn’t because TLG didn’t know about it, like Kylo Ren’s shuttle and the tilting wings.

@frigmous If you look closely at the front part, it seems that there are some removable parts and once they’re removed, the front would look like the front we’ve known for the past 40 years.
