It’s a trap! LEGO Star Wars 7754 Home One & 7753 Pirate Tank out now [News]

The newest LEGO Star Wars sets, including 7754 Home One Mon Calamari Cruisericon and 7753 Pirate Tankicon are now available from the LEGO Shop online.

The Home One playset includes minifig all-stars Admiral Ackbar, Mon Mothma, a new Lando, and Crix Madine, along with a green A-wing. A bit pricy at $110, but hey, Admiral Ackbar!

Having never watched the Clone Wars animated series, I don’t know much about the tank, but the minifigs are some of the coolest aliens I’ve seen outside Space Police III.

Speaking of the new Space Police, two more sets are out — ones I hadn’t seen from Toy Fair coverage or leaked catalog scans.

It is hard to believe that 7753 is available in US Lego Shop online only now after my review on the set has already been rated by 18 people in brickset. Should I praise Lego for allowing Asia Cities to have something early this time?

7753 has a nice ship (or tank to be correct), as a whole the set provides great value as Hondo Ohnaka is a very useful minifig, where you get a nice outfit with the black Epaulette, I never can imagine that a black Epaulette will debut in a Star war set

Home One for $110? Pricy? You Americans with your cheap Lego. In Europe it’s priced at €140, which at current exchange rates would be about $200.
I don’t get it, Lego is made in the EU…

I do like the Pirate Tank, despite the slightly hefty price-tag. Maybe if I’m particularly flush with cash, but I prefer the Max Security Transport.

Well yeah these have been out for a bit, but nice to see them up on S@H finally.

As for the Pirate Tank, it’s actually unusually cheap. It’s almost exactly at the golden price point.
