Speaking of Brian Kescenovitz, his latest fighter fits within the constraints of the SCI-LUG Small Fighter contest on Flickr.
The fighter must fit within 14×14 studs and no more than five bricks high, but check out how the nacelles unfold in flight:
The dark green is gorgeous, and I love the use of Midgard Serpent heads as cowlings on each nacelle.
Currently my money is on this one FTW. Not only is it gorgeous and properly sized (non-chibi), but the finishing details and photography are first-class. My jaw literally dropped when I saw it.
^ Seconded.
I also have to applaud the use of the dark green doors satellites, and the Matau Metru mask in the back.
Pete’s jaw may have dropped, but my eyes poped out. Very excellent excecution, Brian!
Gorgeous.
Love how the flex lines uh…flex. :D
