Thanks everyone for the show of support for the interview series. I don’t get to look at the statistics so all I have to go on is the number of comments, which is a questionable indicator at best.

dateman: I’ve said some jackassy things over the years that I wish I hadn’t, and I doubt I’m alone in that. From my perspective Alex was great to work with and generally speaking a very supportive dude, your results may vary. I’ll take Alex any day of the week over that Simon Liu character…man what a prima-donna, or Dave “jerkface” Shaddix and his demands to be paid according to word-count.

Great interview. He has a lot to say, and some good insight on the creative/business/art side of things. I do wonder if he was being a bit too candid. I know I often read/watch interviews I’ve done and thought better of some of the off-hand comments I’ve made, as that stuff doesn’t go away.

Keith, loving your interviews A LOT. I’m a big fan of Orion Pax’s work, especially the M.A.S.K. vehicles, which are simply amazing to me. I still love M.A.S.K. with a passion, I hope it comes back some day and I know the M.A.S.K. vehicles he’s built in Lego back to front, and his emulations are just PERFECT (as are his Dinoriders, by the way, but I never got into them as much).

While an impressive builder, I’ve seen him make some pretty disparaging comments on other people’s Flickr feeds, so while he might of just been doing it to be edgy, I think he’s just a stuck up prick…
