I would like to thank TBB and Mr. Corthay for the opportunity to bid on and win this wonderful Lego creation. To be able to obtain a creation like ‘the Phenix’ is a Lego lover’s dream. I have been in contact with Mr. Corthay and told him that I would take good care of his ‘work of art.’ I see the love he put into it. When I have the model all set up, I will send pictures.

Once again, thanks TBB and Mr. Corthay for your big hearts. I look forward to being a positive member of your community. Thanks.

It seems sort of a shame to see that the Phenix made less as a complete creation ($2.501) than it did as a collection of bricks worth over €3.000 (currently about $4.300)…
Christophe Corthay’s creation is amazing, though, and I commend him for offering it as an auction piece to this worthwhile cause.
