Your infectious wit and cheer never fail to brighten whatever room or a blog you happen to be touching down on.

You’re also a terrific builder, and it has been a true pleasure to watch your rise from those small bots you were tinkering with 7-8 year ago when we first met, to your large and elaborate creations of today.

Pete, some of us have noticed that you’re only good at building a few things. I’ve seen the cars you built a few years ago, remember? However, you’re so good at doing your thing that most of us can probably forgive you and I never could bring myself to tell you because you’re too nice a guy. Now that you’ve admitted it yourself I felt the time was right ;-)

I’d like to add that I often start buildis in wacky places too. I seem to start my buildings from the windows and build out. Typically though, I start with whatever area I think will give me the most problems, once I solve that problem, the rest of the build falls into place around it.
