Larwenz’s 1982 Lamborghini Countach

If you were a boy in the 1980s, you probably had some sort of Lamborghini Countach merchandise, be it a poster on your bedroom wall (in James May’s case) or a somewhat more nerdy pencil holder (in mine).

Larwenz takes us back to those days when we could dream of roaring down the open road, squealing to a stop, and stepping out from those distinctive doors.

I think my favorite detail is the turntable base on the white inside of the doors.

  1. That Top Gear nod just made my day.

  2. That is a work of beauty. But to totally 80′s it out, we need to put a few lines of blow on that mirror, a clown-faced chick with huge bangs, leg warmers, at least one visible shoulder and have some Duran Duran playing in the background. Who am I kidding? We need some Boy George and the Culture Club.

  3. I was a girl in the 80s and I had Lamborghini Countach merchandise! Still is one of my favorite looking cars! So awesome to see it in Lego!

  4. I had a framed 8×10 of a red Countach in my room.

    Love this!

  5. Let’s not forget a can of New Coke!
