I'm a moderately big fan of historic militaria, not enough that I get to fanboy over it but enough that differences in scale bother me. It's really hard to use lego bricks to make minifig scale militaria to any kind of reasonable scale. But this is a really great model. it's not a bad representation of the m8, but mostly it just has the feel of a small battle tank. Its rounded and surfaces appear thick. It has primitive styled greebles. The peculiar proportion actually makes it look a bit cooler in my mind. It reminds me of the Dust Tactics alternate history models.

I love military MOC's, and this M8 Scott is a beauty! It seems to have Dan Siskind's (Brickmania) M3A1 Stuart chassis, but the rest is a total reworking. I love it!
By the way, Captain Eugene's M3, a little further in his photostream, is also a thing of (military) beauty.
