LEGO Star Wars 10195 Republic Dropship with AT-OT Walker now available for pre-order [News]
Following quickly on the announcement at Toy Fair 2009, 10195 Republic Dropship with AT-OT Walker is now available for pre-order from the LEGO Shop online.
$250 for about 1700 pieces, with two clone pilots and six clone troopers.

Pish, new CS figs with bright shiny gold is better than old helmets. Go get some old helmets on BrickLink and stop naysaying.

Indeed, ColourSchemer. The old helmets were retired in favor of the current version because they were poorly designed and therefore extremely fragile. Although nearly all of mine have survived intact, fully half of the ones I’ve acquired from other collectors have broken chin-straps. This seems to be the case with the used ones on Bricklink as well.
Just think of these minifigs as fodder for Neo Classic Space creations. ;-)

I was just studying the new vintage set at the store in Lego Land and I didn’t think much of the Ninja’s mask – its sort of a cheap-looking washed out mega-blocks type sort-of-translucent red, not at all like the originals, which were just the nice classic shiny red.
