Echoing the works of M.C. Escher, as well as German Expressionism, Sly Owl‘s lopsided, sinking, crooked, all around messed-up castle is colorful and appealing in its craziness:

I just had a thought about Owl’s creation–it reminds me of this artist who does these trippy looking paintings on memorable locations around the Twin Cities (my hometown), Chicago, and Vegas. His name is Michael Birawer. Owl, if you’re reading, perhaps this can serve as inspiration:
