I just wanted to say what fun I had building some VV variations. I tried to go the whole month but after only 6 or maybe 7 I was certainly burntout; no idea how nnenn did the 30! Thanks to nnenn and Peter Morris for the idea and Nannan for sharing nnenn’s thoughts.

Well, I didn’t know it was Flikr-centered. I two attempts at the Vic Viper design, one of them is not online yet. But it just goes to show that if any popular builder announces a fad or subtheme, anyone- even lowly Mocpagers as myself, will participate!

Great interview, Nannan! Thanks again to nnenn for pushing for Novvember. I know I would not have built some of the VV MOCs in the group without the push.

And a huge thanks to everyone that participated. I was completely blown away by the response we got to the group. Honestly, I had the same initial thought as nnenn – that we’d get a burst at the beginning and then it would die down. But you guys literally poured MOCs in. The community truly made Novvember a great month.

And please, feel free to continue to add to the group should you be so inspired. But I’m with nnenn – a little burned out on these things at the moment. ;)

I enjoyed VV month very much, I wish I had been able to participate myself, but things got a tad busy with family visiting and going away for thanksgiving and most of my money went towards other things, like an engagement ring (that’s mostly the reason I haven’t been building anymore, I spend all my time with the lady;). I hope we get another group build event like this soon so that I can participate.

I did manage to squeeze something out this past weekend, I’ll try and get some pictures up soon, it is a shmup, but not a Vic Viper.
