While I&#039;m not about to replace my 9v trains, the Power Functions system isn&#039;t poor as far as I can see.  The motors are incredibly more powerful than even the 9v train motors; the only real issue for the future of trains is how small can they make the battery box.</description>

		<description>Some nice ideas on making a poor system a little better. But that&#039;s quite an expensive method. I&#039;ll keep buying 2nd hand 9volt while I can. Let&#039;s hope Lego&#039;s 2009 train system is better.</description>
