That’s a Technic figure helmet. I may just have to dig mine out of my “useless” bin and give this one a try myself. (I know, I know, there are no useless LEGO pieces!)
Andrew (since i am sure you have dug it out by now) does the Technic helmet fit on a Lego® troll?
i have not yet tried myself, as i don’t own the Technic helmet myself…
There are many useless Lego parts. I lump them under Bionicle.
